Our Founder
A Chartered Accountant by profession but a true yogi by Passion, Rishika is a young yoga enthusiast who believes in spreading awareness about the never ending benefits of yoga. Holding a diploma in Ayurvedic nutrition and yoga therapy, she is a RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Teacher with a deep sense of connection and an undying love for Yoga.
